PixelFly is an AI-powered image & video character editing tool offering outfit change, background editing, face swap, character replacement, anime stylization, video face swap, and more.
Some features may be in testing or rolling out gradually. We may adjust, suspend, or discontinue features as operations require, with advance notice where possible.
Full functionality requires an account. Provide a valid email address, keep your password safe, and take responsibility for all activity under your account.
If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us promptly. We may restrict or close accounts that violate these terms.
You warrant that you hold the lawful rights to the media you upload and will not infringe others' portrait, copyright, or other legal rights.
The service must not be used for: forging someone else's likeness, identity impersonation, fraud, defamation, pornographic or vulgar content, or any other unlawful purpose.
Violations may result in content removal, service restriction or termination, and cooperation with authorities as required by law.
You retain rights to the media you upload and the AI-generated results. To complete processing, you grant us the licenses necessary within the scope of the service (such as storage, transmission, and invoking AI models).
We will not use your media for purposes beyond the task, nor provide it to unrelated third parties for purposes such as model training.
AI-generated results are produced automatically by algorithms. We continuously improve quality but do not guarantee every generation meets expectations.
For service interruptions caused by force majeure such as network or third-party failures, we will work to restore service but are not liable for resulting indirect losses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for direct losses arising from use of the service shall not exceed the fees you actually paid for the service (no paid liability for free services).
You are solely responsible for liabilities and losses arising from your violation of these terms or applicable laws.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be published on this page with an effective date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
